~ Riverstone - a Crescent Community ~
The Riverstone community on Lake Keowee is one of the newest Crescent Communities on Keowee. Crescent did an excellent job with the infrastructure of Riverstone. This is the only Crescent community with a private boat ramp! The streets are wide, curbed, and have rain gutters, street lighting and underground utilities. There is a community pavilion with a dog park and a stone fireplace large enough for a neighborhood barbecue.
In 2004, Riverstone added a paved, wooded walking trail. Home values in Riverstone range from about $350,000 up to about $2 million. Note that the Riverstone amenities are not available to owners of Estates at Riverstone properties. On the Estates at Riverstone plat their lots are numbered 1 - 17.
