The following figures are for all residential properties (homes, condos and townhomes) in Lake Keowee communities. They reflect the overall trends year-to-date and for 1 month compared to the same month the year before. These figures include all residential properties where the listing agent marked the lake name in the MLS as Keowee, so they should all be in Lake Keowee communities.
