These figures include all residential properties where the listing agent marked the lake name in the MLS as Keowee, so they should all be in Lake Keowee communities. For the first time in years, median sale prices are falling: almost 23% in April compared to April of last year. The pace of sales is still below what it was in recent years. Sellers are getting a slightly smaller percentage of their asking prices but this is still above the historical average of about 90%. Some of this may be due to increased interest rates, though many Keowee home buyers pay with cash. This is a good time to be a cash buyer!
