Keowee Harbours is located about halfway up the lake near Keowee Key. It is a lovely, well established waterfront community with amenities that include a small club house for socializing, a beautifully maintained pool and a tennis court. There are community gatherings each month and sometimes more often. This a nice size subdivision with 44 waterfront lots, some with very long range views and 50 interior lots. It also has Condos and Townhomes.

There is a storage area, a boat ramp and boat slips for interior properties. Keowee Harbours is a “Fire Wise” community. Like Keowee Key, many of the waterfront properties are already built on. It is a nice community for walking as if through botanical gardens. If you are a golfer, you may want to buy an Amenity lot in Keowee Key. Our Community page for Keowee Key will give you the details. This area is only about 15 minutes to Seneca and near Clemson U for the games. NOTE: our video is at the end of the slide show. We hope you find it enjoyable and informative.

It was wise to have Doug as a Buyer's Agent to have a professional on OUR side. The first home we put under contract was found to have issues. I can tell you, the Pattersons were truly on OUR side and took a stand for us which ultimately ended in a WIN-WIN with the home we have now. You can trust them as well.”
