~ Waterside Crossing ~
Waterside Crossing, located on 18,500 acre Lake Keowee, is one of the most recently developed Crescent Communities. With 475 acres, over 4 miles of shoreline, and 50 acres of common areas, Waterside Crossing has a wide selection of amenities for the outdoors enthusiast as well as indoor recreation.
This community also has some of the best views of the Blue Ridge Mountains available on Keowee. The swim & tennis center has a junior olympic-size pool, and the tennis courts are lit. The lakeside pavilion has a fireplace, picnic tables, playground and (for interior property owners) leased boat slips. There is also a nice clubhouse. Enjoy the 1.3 mile walking trail that winds through much of the community. About half of the approximately 254 home sites are lakefront.
