Waterford Pointe is a well-established community. It is also one of the most active and one of the largest Crescent Communities on Lake Keowee. This nicely-maintained and landscaped waterfront community encompasses over 400 acres and more than four miles of shoreline. The homes are a mixture of traditional craftsman and contemporary with various high quality exterior finishes — all custom. The majority of lots have water frontage. Some of these have wonderful mountain vistas due to their lots being surrounded by water on 3 sides.

The interior lots are larger and most have leased boat slips; before buying an interior lot, it is safest to make sure a slip lease goes with the sale of the land. Amenities include a lakeside clubhouse & pool, playground, lighted tennis courts, common areas (where the slips are located) and paved walking trail.
